Kaneliv was born from a simple frustration: seeing harmful cassia being sold as ‘cinnamon’ in Europe. As a Sri Lankan with roots in organic farming, I knew the world deserved better — real Ceylon cinnamon, and We collectively can participate in that. That’s how Kaneliv started. Drying Slowly in the Shade
Unlike cassia, true Ceylon cinnamon is shade-dried to protect its essential oils and preserve its soft texture.

Every Stick, Inspected by Hand
Each cinnamon quill is gently inspected for texture, curl, and aroma. No automation here — just skilled eyes ensuring every stick meets our artisan standards

Weigh Dried Bulk Cinnamon
Once dried, the quills are bundled and weighed in hygienic conditions, ready for selection and grading.

Batch Labeled & Packaged
Each batch is labeled for traceability and packed in moisture-proof, food-safe packaging, keeping it fresh until it reaches your kitchen.
